Our extensive experience in transactional work has enabled us to effectively represent local, regional, national, and international clients on a broad range of commercial transactions in Connecticut, throughout the United States, and in Canada, Europe and the Caribbean.

We represent many business entities in connection with the development of commercial real estate. In addition to representing clients in all phases of the development process, we have been engaged, on their behalf, in the disposition of the developed real estate. We have been involved in representing clients in a variety of projects, including commercial and industrial properties, office projects, shopping centers, apartment projects, common interest communities, resort projects, and multi-use projects.

• Representation of developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and investors in all phases of office, shopping center, industrial and residential projects, including appearances before municipal boards relating to planning, zoning, and environmental matters.
