KRASOW, GARLICK & HADLEY, LLC represents a large variety of landlords, tenants, and mortgagees in connection with the leasing of commercial, office, retail, industrial, and residential real estate. Clients have included major insurance companies, developers, builders, banks, commercial finance companies, retailers, professionals, and international companies in service industries. We have worked on projects throughout the United States.

Our work has included:

• Preparation and execution of a leasing program for one of the largest mixed use projects in Connecticut.

• Representation of an international accounting and consulting firm for over twenty-five years in its extensive office leasing program.

• Review of leases for national commercial real estate lenders in connection with our representation of those lenders in secured real estate lending.

• Representation of local and regional retail clients in leasing transactions.

• Builder, investor, and developer representation in office, shopping center, warehouse, and residential leasing, including ground leases.

We have collaborated with our clients to create customized leasing programs. These have ranged from the preparation of a comprehensive set of tenant-friendly forms for a large mixed-use project to the drafting of detailed long-term expansion requirements of a major tenant in a high rise office building.
